    Job Description
    Experience: At least 5 years work experience in non-profit management roles, which includes:
    - Budgeting
    - Financial tracking, monitoring and reporting
    - Legal, Statutory and FCRA compliance
    - General Accounting and Audit
    - General non-profit administration
    - Computer proficiency with Tally knowledge
    - Experience working with international donors
    - Must be able to travel if required

    Roles and Responsibilities in SELCO Foundation:
    - Responsible for maintenance of accounts as per accounting standards and income tax act
    - Overall management of accounts and finance
    - Preparing the annual budget with inputs from various department heads
    - Ensuring budget compliance by putting in place mechanisms to link approvals to
    available budget
    - Review and scrutinize project related expenses and supporting documents submitted by staff
    - Ensure compliance with FCRA regulations including tax, returns etc.,
    - Responsible for submission of all applicable statutory returns including PT, PF, TDS, IT,FCRA etc.,
    - Responsible for vendor management for project supplies
    - Handle HR related activities including recruitment, induction, training, payroll
    processing (Staff and Interns)
    - Ensuring process compliance in accordance with Finance manual and HR manual
    - Internal Financial Reporting (on monthly basis, including forecasting and alerts in case of overrun)
    - Donor (program) reporting (Financial Budget and Expenses Reporting) in their required
    format and frequency
    - Foundation specific reporting (annual reports, quarterly reports)
    - Scheduling and facilitating trustee/advisory meetings at the required frequency
    - Interfacing with CA, legal, other external consultants as required
    - Ensuring mid-term and final audit in accordance with timelines
    - Carrying out statutory processes from time to time (e.g. FCRA compliance, MHA
    updates, PF registration, etc.)
    - Assisting in general admin activities from time to time
    - Other related HR, Finance & Accounts, Admin related activities

    • M.Com/ CA (Inter)/ MBA Finance with relevant experience
