    Responsibilities
    • Prepare financial statements and complete monthly close & year-end procedures
    • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
    • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
    • Provide technical support and advice on management
    • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
    • Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
    • Provide input into department’s goal setting process
    • Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
    • Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
    • Develop and maintain processes to ensure compliance with Company law, SEZ law and other applicable statutes
    • Ensure adherence to the company accounting policies and SOX compliance.
    • Complete and file all payroll withholding taxes and pension contributions; ensure all payroll taxes and all payroll related payments are paid accurately and timely.
    • Provide direction/mentorship to other team members.
    • Other adhoc projects as assigned
    Qualifications/Job Responsibilities:
    • Professional accounting qualification such as ACA
    • 12+ years accounting/finance experience
    • Good knowledge of IGAAP and working knowledge of USGAAP
    • Proven senior finance experience
    • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
    • Highly detail oriented and organized in work.
    • High initiative, ownership and commitment to quality work
    • Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
    • Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.
    • Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
    • Experience of working in an ERP environment, preferably Oracle·Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
    • Ability to be self-directed.
    • Ability to handle multi-tasks, with a can do attitude.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally.
