Since then, Louis Berger has been working for various Clients including the NHAI, MMRDA, CIDCO, State PWD, DMICDC and various State Governments undertakings in sectors covering rail transit, highways, rural roads, urban infrastructure development such as water supply, sewerage, sanitation, solid waste management etc.
    Responsibilities
      • Reviewing of ST return on PAN India basis
      • Reviewing TDS Return PAN India basis
      • Collation of tax related data from all over project office in India
      • Coordination with Project office, Liaison office at PAN India basis to collate, review finalize the data for various reconciliation, return filing etc.
      • Assistance in of preparation of corporate Tax Return, Tax Audits & Transfer Pricing Certification
      • Drafting of replies to various income tax notices i.e. notices u/s 133(6), TDS notices etc.
      • Dealing with statutory auditors, internal auditors, making statutory schedule
      • Assistance in service tax audit
      • Filing Replies of TDS notices to authorities.
      • Dealing with team of group of people as project accountant, branch manager across PAN India
      • Any other tax related assistance
    Required Skills
    • Deep Knowledge of Income tax
    • Deep Knowledge of Service tax
    • Should be Moderate in communication skills
    • Analytical and presentable skills
    Required Experience
    Should be (a) Either 1 year experience chartered Accountant OR (b) 4 to 5 years experienced graduate in corporate taxation
