    To ensure that financials related to customers, vendors, employees etc are maintained and carried out with integrity and timeliness
    Key Challenges:

    • Managing time and scheduling plans for self such that within time delivery takes place

    Accountabilities - list in priority order the main accountabilities/deliverables of the role, including key measures.

    • Driving SOPs compliance in finance processes
    • Provide Control on all
    • Interact with other functions in plant & ensure support to Business & operation team and ensure nil delays due to issues in GRNs, Payments, returns and Asset registers
    • Ensure integrity of financial reports and monthly closure of books.
    • Collect data, pass it and check it against GOP
    • Customer creation, vendor creation, employee payment, distributor claim and warehouse provisions
    • S&D GNA payment, warehouse payment, Unit G&A payment and employee full
    • Sales tax Excise return, TDS return, PF, and deposits
    • FBT provisions, , ERC provisions, FOC provisions, weekly DNA.
    • Analysis of the Profit and loss accounts and identification of areas of improvement. To prepare a monthly cause of change of the financials vs. the Plan and prior.
    • Preparation of Forecast P/L and Balance Sheet at periodic intervals.
    • Interaction with Internal auditors and ensure "well control" rating.
    • Ability to resolve commercial issues with the Business group on a day to day basis
    • Drive TPM Implementation & Sustenance
    • Drive Implementation of Best Practices from other location like Bin Card systems etc.
    • Drive Safety agenda in Storage area & loading / unloading process
    • Track material movement from vendor to plant
    • Work with production team and OEm to minimize inventory
    • Ensure Stock valuation , tagging and accuracy

    Job Dimensions - what is the scope of the role - volume, net revenue, budget, geography, number of customers, number of sites etc for THIS role?

    • Responsible for overall engineering stores activities (Storage, receipts, issues, booking)
    • Driving SOP & controls processes in Stores
    • Interact with all stakeholders on regular basis & be 1 point of contact for all Stores related activities.

    Support the Plant deliver its AOP with the desired Productivity levels by ensuring Plant-Machinery upkeep.

    • CA with 2-4 years of Industry Exposure, preferably manufacturing in FMCG, exposure of capitalization Process, tax


    Skills and Behavioral Attributes:

    • Experience in finance and manufacturing accounting management
    • Technical background preferred.
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills
    • High levels of persuasion and facilitator skills
    • Strong organization skills
    • Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels
    Attitudinal/ Behavioral

    • Should be ambitious and a self-starter with high drive and energy levels
    • With a focus and hunger for delivering results
    • Able to handle pressure and the weight of responsibilties well
    • With excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
    • Meticulous and with a sharp eye for detail
