GMCS not completed - ICAI Campus Placement?

    My GMCS training is pending...it is supposed to be completed by end of august 2014
    can i apply for registration for campus. if yes , than what is the procedure

    All those candidates who have cleared their CA Finals in May 14 and complete their GMCS before 31st Oct are eligible to appear for ICAI Campus Placements.
