    Hello everyone,

    I have one query w.r.t. Deductions u/s. 80G of the I.T. Act, 1961.

There are certain Trust & Funds which are eligible for 100% Deductions, but the problem is they DON'T HAVE PAN; because they are run by the Government Directly.

And we as an Individual, to claim deduction u/s. 80G is suppose to Quote PAN while filling 80G details in our ITR.

So what to do in such case, where PAN is not there.

Eg: Army Central Welfare Fund & Shree Sidhivinayak Mandir

Kindly guide. Awaited for your reply.

    Thanks. Regards, Vaibhav Rane :)

Firstly you check the donation receipt whether there has been written eligible for 80G or the trust is being registered u/s 12A of Income tax Act. The trust which are registered u/s 12A are only eligible trusts. If they are registered than they must have PAN.

    Dear @Sumit Agarwal,
Thanks for your kind reply, and do read my Question again.
    I have clearly said "Eligible".
Kindly refer my examples in Question.
The former is eligible for 100% and the later one is for 50%
And they don't have PAN & both funds are run by Government.
    Thus kindly guide.
