In CFA - Exam Must be passed sequentially - What does this mean?

    In CFA,
    What is "Exam Must be passed sequentially" means

    It means that to clear CFA Level 2, you should have first cleared CFA Level 1.

    You cannot appear for CFA Level 2 first and then appear for CFA Level 1.

    Although this is common sense, but they have still mentioned it

    i thought
    if i qualified level I and not qualified level II,
    then again i have to give level I

    No, that is not the case.

    If you clear Level I once, you wont be required to appear again for Level I even if you dont clear Level II
