Is Landlord required to pay to Tenant to vacate Property?

  1. I read one article in forum that tenent got compensation from landlord for vacating the house further he asked how he can save tax on this money.
    My question is do this happen if yes under what category. A landlord what should do to avoid some problems

    Yes, this does happen.

    If the rent agreement is for more than 12 months, it usually gets difficult to vacate the property.

    Therefore, people usually enter into a rent agreement for 11 months and keep on renewing it for 11 months.

    If the rent agreement is for more than 11 months, they usually do a very good background check of the tenant
