ITR for Cap Gains on sale of MF by Senior Citizen

  1. Dear Sir,
    While purchasing home loan ,dt of booking is dt of purchase,before selling registration is done at different circle rate than purchase price. While selling rate on booking will be considered as rate of purchase.For ltcg & stcg dt & rate of registry will be immaterial.

    1. The rate at which the property has been registered would be considered as the purchase price
    2. The date of registry is immaterial in this case.
