    Dear Members,

The LLP firm was registered on 28/11/2014. In this LLP Agreement the business is registered as "E-commerce business of providing goods and services for personal and commercial purposes".

From January 2015 the Firm engaged in the business of receiving commissions from customer who use online portal of the LLP firm to sell their goods and services. These customers pay amount to LLP firm as Commission for using the portal.

Now i want to know whether this additional activity of "commission receipts" is required to be informed RoC in the LLP Agreement by filing Form.

    Members please advice.

    Thank you.
