Long Term Capital gain exemption for investment in Joint name

    I have sold a very old residential flat that is solely on my name and I plan to buy a new flat with my name first and would like to add second name of my wife & third name of my mother. Will I get the LTCG exemption under section 54 or do I have to buy the new flat solely on only my name to avail the sec 54 LTCG exemption ?
