    Position: Assistant Manager and Manager
    Company : Big 4

    Service Line- GDN Operations
    Sub-Function- Performance Excellence

    Designation- Assistant Manager
    The role of Black Belt-Assistant Manager is to drive Performance Excellence initiatives across organizational processes to improve them in order to achieve customer satisfaction

    Designation- Manager
    The main objective of this role is to build the quality culture at the Global Delivery Network (GDN) and lead quality initiatives using Six Sigma tools and methodology.

    Requirements (for Manager & Assistant Manager):

    • Act as a Performance Excellence consultant to PE customers

    • Responsible for identifying business problem areas and aligning themselves to the pain areas through GB/BB/Other Projects

    • Conduct Quality trainings like White Belt, Orange Belt, Green Belt, Lean, BPMS, etc

    • Account and relationship management for the assigned service functions (at least two service lines for Managers)

    • Strengthen and enhance PE’s internal processes to make them more efficient and effective

    Main Competency (for Manager & Assistant Manager):

    • Knowledge of Six sigma concepts of DMAIC, DMADV and Lean (and all tools included therein)

    • Mentoring & experience in creating, reviewing & closure of Six sigma and Lean projects

    • Highly assertive, strong orientation to statistical analysis, good team player & willingness to lead teams not reporting into them, should be able to grow into leadership roles after graduation from the BB role

    • Presenting data, sharing analysis and getting concurrence from stakeholders on actions (for assigned processes)

    • Be able to conceptualize and develop quality related training modules

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required

    People responsibilities (for Manager):

    • Ability to manage a team of 3-4 resources

    • Performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policies

    • Training and mentoring of counselees, direct reportees

    Experience and qualification (for Manager & Assistant Manager):

    • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt

    • Graduate / Post-graduate (can be from a Finance background or CA / Engineer / MBA)

    • Assistant Manager : 5.5 – 8 years of total experience, of which at least 3-4 years should be in Quality

    • Manager : 8 – 12 years of total experience, of which at least 4-6 years should be in Quality
