    Dear Sir!
Our LLP has provided liaisoning services to a foreign company (located outside India) for sale of their products to an Indian customer. For this they have paid us Liasoning Commission. It was paid in US Dollars and was converted to INR and credited to our account.

Please guide if we need to pay service tax on this commission.

    Many thanks in advance.
