    Dear Sirs,
My professional income as Arbitrator is expected to be about Rs. 7-8 lakhs in FY 2016-17. Under the new Finance Act, arbitrators have been removed from the negative list. I presume that I still won't have to register as service provider, the earning being less than Rs. 9 lakhs, and I will not be charging service tax. However, pl advise what course of action should be adopted, if after 6-9 months I assess that my income will exceed Rs 10 lakhs.
    Regards
    S.K. Verma
