Tax on Co-owners in case of Joint registry

  1. Dear Sir,
    1.Can joint registry with my wife be like 100% and 0 contribution.
    2.If it is 70/30 can I claim 100% tax benefit as I am paying 100% loan emi.
    3.At the time selling how money will be distributed among us.
    4.With the sale money,we have to buy joint property again or wet can take two different property one each

    1. I dont think 100% and 0% is possible.
    2. Yes, it is possible
    3. The money would be distributed in the ratio of ownership
    4. It is not necessary to be Joint owners again and you can invest in different properties as well.
