    I am Paying Rent for my office 18500 every month, should I deduct TDS on 1850 every month amounting to ( 1850 x 12 22200) or 18500 x 12 = 222000 - 180000( RENT LIMIT)=42000 @ 10% = 4200 from the 10 th month of divisible 1400 on 10th , 11th, and 12th month.
    Please clarify

TDS would be deducted on the total amount.

So in your case - TDS @ 10% i.e. 10% of 18500 = Rs. 1850 is to be deducted every month.

So if a person withdrawing salary of 30000 per month , what will be the TDs to be deducted.

In the above mentioned site it is said

The following computation of Tax on Salary Income and TDS on Salary is required to be shown by a salaried taxpayer at the time of filing his Income Tax Return.

So a person withdrawing salary of 1 lakh in the beginning 4 months and raised to a salary of 150000, has been deducted TDS for 1 lakh only for the rest of 8 months , can correct his TDS value by computing and can remit the same before the September income tax filing without any 200 RS late filing fine and interest? Suppose he had been given a bonus of 200000 at the end of the year, again he is liable to pay the TDs amount by September the Income tax filing date without any fine or interest ?
