The amount of rent which cannot be realized

    sir,

    In ITR2 & ITR2A there is a column asking
    "The amount of rent which cannot be realized"
    what it mean ? If a second house is vacant, what will be amount that can not be realized ?

    It means that amount which could not be recovered from the tenant.
    It will have no application in case of a vacant property.
