i like first draft
so what is finalized for implementation
1 Draft OR 2nd Draft ????
Is there is any official notification for the same ????
@Neha 01 : It is expected that the 2nd Draft will get approved very soon
I LIKE THE DECISION MADE BY ICAI TILL DATE BUT IF INDIAN PENAL CODE WOULD BE INCLUDED IN PART IN IPCC AND PART IN FINAL IT WOULD BE MUCH BETTER
In my views 2nd draft is good..
I would be more glad if there would be no change in the CA Final course and it continues to be same as earlier.
I will attempt May 2016 paper..So Would I have to study as per new syllabus??
@Diksha21 : The new course is only proposed and has not been approved yet by ICAI
I believe that the profession of chartered accountant is all practical, where the practical knowledge combined with the theoretics makes it a success. But, is it justifiable to make us learn the technical computer terms wherein it is totally not required in our profession? The ITT is more than sufficient for making us aware about the practicality of computers. So, i believe that making us learn isca and itsm is of no use. It is similar to learning the subjects of the ca curriculum without the practical experience.
I believe that the institute should see the practical hardships of isca and itsm. They should introduce the same in the ITT and Advanced ITT and the vaccant slot be used to give us more depth on the fields of knowledge which would be required for the overall qualitative addition to the profession of CA. For example : removing the Derivatives chapter from SFM and making it altogether a new subject. Such a thing would help us analyse the derivatives contracts, so that we can apply its use on the practical life wrt consultancy or as brokers.
Is Draft 2 is the final one?
