Payment made by a firm to its partner in the form of salary -whether tds applicable

    Dear Sir,
    I know that Payment made by a firm to its partner in the form of salary is considered under the head of pgbp. but I want to know that whether there is any specific section which mentions on such payments tds is not applicable?

    there is no specific section, but if the TDS was deducted then u can mention it when u file income tax returns
