Procedure for Articleship Interview in EY

Is there anyone who is working in EY Gurgaon. I need to know after submitting CV in EY through their employee does the candidate receive any acknowledgement mail or I need to fill any online form before they will consider me for the role?
Is there any such form or login formality which I have to do , only then I would receive call from them for the interview??
Please reply as soon as possible....

As far as I know, there is an online form which is to be filled after submitting the Resume

 

Is that online form required to be filled after receiving a call from them for the interview or before the call??
Also is there any mail that EY provides for such online formality??

As far as I know, if the Resume has been uploaded on the Online Portal of EY, you will get a mail for the same.

If the Resume has been personally handed over to the HR and not uploaded on the Online Portal - you may or may not get a mail for the same.
